    With over ten years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Alberto is very knowledgeable about selling or buying a home. He has an impeccable eye for detail. He is constantly learning and keeping up with the adjustments in real estate in order to assist you in making the right decisions.

    As a single Father with two beautiful girls, family is extremely important to him, and has coached his daughters’ soccer team for 5 seasons, serves as Division Manager for AYSO, and coaches his daughters' in basketball team as well. Being a resident of Rancho Santa Margarita and loving its "family lifestyle", when he is not at the soccer fields he loves to walk around the lake in RSM and attend most of the SAMLARC events.

    Alberto successfully put together a fund raiser for pediatric cancer in October 2008 that brought in over $6,000.00.

    I'm a wife, a mother of twin boys, and have lived here in the OC most of my life. My husband and I moved here from Seal Beach 6 years ago to raise our boys. We currently live in Rancho Santa Margarita and with all its amenities like great schools, fabulous parks, pools everywhere, the Beach Club, fishing lake and all the restaurants and stores nearby, it feels like we've hit the jackpot.

    Several years ago I was asked to help a friend who was struggling with her short sale.  I was only moderately familiar with the process but I was persistent and finally worked my way through the system and ultimately arranged for a successful short sale.

    The Realtor she was working with was so impressed she asked if I could help with another deal that was giving her problems.  Again, by constantly barraging the lender with phone calls and not taking no for an answer I was able to get the bank to agree to a short sale for considerably less than was owed.

    Fast forward several years and hundreds of successful short sales later, I have become the premier short sale negotiator. We have a 95% success rate with short sales.

    I know this is a very stressful time.  Be assured that I take my job very seriously. I have made it my personal mission to help homeowners get out from under a burdensome mortgage and get on with your life.
